Ferry from Forio to Naples

Please note that dogs must wear a muzzle and a leash during the trip, while cats and other pets must travel in their carriers.

Where to take the ferry from Forio (Ischia) to Naples

The port of Forio is located on the western coast of Ischia, nestled between Punta Caruso and Punta Imperatore. It serves as a mooring for small and medium-sized vessels and offers hydrofoil connections to Naples. How to get to the port of Forio

The port of Forio is located along the town's seafront, just a short walk from the historic center, and is easy to reach with different means of transport:

• On foot: if you're staying in central Forio, you can reach the port in just a few minutes by walking along the waterfront.
• By bus: the port is served by EAV buses, which connect Forio with Ischia Porto, Casamicciola Terme, Lacco Ameno, Sant'Angelo and the island's other main towns. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the ferry terminal.
• By taxi: you can find taxis in Piazza Municipio and other central locations. They are a convenient option if you're traveling with luggage or arriving from another part of the island.
• By car: follow the signs to the center of Forio to reach the port. Paid parking is available nearby, but during the summer months it's best to arrive early.
